Coming from a place of lived experience, Sarah is a captivating speaker with a depth of knowledge and a wealth of experience that comes not only from her extensive career as an Occupational Therapist, but also from being the mum of two neurodiverse sons.
Every life experience is peppered with autism, ADHD, ODD, Down Syndrome, a smattering of anxiety, a touch of sensory overwhelm and a bit of emotional dysregulation. Sometimes uncomfortable socks means we can't get out of the door on time. Neurodivergent herself, Sarah speaks humorously, intelligently and hopefully about how to love the life you have.
