Mental Health Support and Wellbeing for Parents
Focus on increasing your wellbeing as a parent. Prevent carer burnt out and learn helpful strategies to understand emotional regulation, neurodiversity and living with trauma. This will help you understand tools needed for your own self-care routines, healthier relationships and smoothing out tricky transitions.
Take a break from your routine, connect with nature (as well as other like minded parents). Our holistic approach gives a connection to nature and brings mindfulness and presence.
This day aims to help you:
- Understand your family relationships & dynamics
- Understand emotional regulation
- Work on your communication style
- Manage situations at home
- Access mindfulness & meditation every day techniques
- Reduce patterns of anxiety, depression and isolation
All sessions are run by Sarah Munn. Full day (9.30-3.30) and half day (9.30-12) sessions available.
Morning tea included.
