Book Review: The Mastery of Celtic Reiki by Martyn Pentecost

I read this book before I signed up for my Reiki Masters Training as I wanted to be taught in this lineage, and it got me so inspired I completed by master Reiki Grade in Celtic Reiki.

Obviously, Celtic and Druid Reiki has been around a log longer than Martyn Pentecost but I am grateful to him for putting this together. The book takes you step by step through how to move into including the essences from trees, and in fact, any sentient beings or energy.

The book takes you through how to lay out your room, how to include the different essence creations and harvesting you need to learn. It introduces the 5 reals and the 5 avatars with exercises to go with them. Frequencies and vibrations used in treatments are key learnings too.

This book is a good introduction for anyone thinking of training in this tradition (with me or anyone else). It is easy to read, but on its own not a course. Further education from a Reiki Master would be needed.
