When I first went to University I studied Theatre Arts, which made telling my story easy. I have tales about living in a neurodiverse family, negotiating life with a son with Down Syndrome and running 3 businesses, as well as being diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, C-PTSD with a history of anxiety and depression.

My business went from working 1 day a week whilst the children were in childcare, to having 3 businesses employing nearly 30 people over my Child & Family Clinic and my Therapy Farm. Despite the busy of the businesses and having around 50 animals to look after I feel balanced ad peaceful most of the time.

I am a survivor and through my life experiences, work as an OT and my businesses I hope to inspire others with a sense of humour and hope.
