Our personal style is what we would call classical with an equal mix of editorial, candid, posed and detail orientated shots. We take special interest in making sure we focus on people and moments while enjoying the creative thrill of a bridal shoot. We look for little details which may be missed in the busyness of the day so that when you look back on your gallery you will notice things that you may not have seen at the time. We also love drone photography and videography and mix in a lot of analogue film, Super 8 and direct flash black and white. Our packages that included fast turnaround will have your photos back to you within 3 -4 weeks from the date of your wedding and your videos back 4 - 6 weeks from the date of your wedding. Our standard turnaround time is 12 weeks for photos and up to 6 months for video.

We no longer accept any booking without first having a chat either via phone, zoom or face to face. It's super important that both of us are comfortable and we know that moving forward we can meet your expectations. Once we have mutually agreed to proceed we will send you a booking form to complete. Once that is returned we will raise and invoice and send you through our welcome pack. Please be sure to check your invoice thoroughly to make sure everything you wanted is included, please also be sure to read through our terms and conditions of booking. We do require a booking fee to secure your date. The first option is 50% at time of booking with the balance paid 7 days prior to the wedding an the second is $0 upfront but regular weekly or fortnight payments via our direct debit system with the balance to be finalised 7 days prior to the wedding.

Booking fee's are non-refundable unless cancellation is made by Hawthorne Creative. If cancellation is made by the Client, any amounts paid other than booking fees will be refunded. Cancellations within one month of the wedding may incur a loss-of-earnings fee. For direct debit clients, 50% of the total package price is non-refundable. Package downgrades result in store credit only.

For our 10 our Ultimate Package travel is included this also includes interstate bookings. For all other packages any venue more than 60mins from the CBD will incur a small travel fee. We will quote this on a case by case basis and if we are already in the area from a previous wedding we will waive the travel fee.
