For more than 16 years, Chrissy wrangled high-performing teams and multi-billion-dollar projects inside the kind of Very Serious™ corporate institutions where people either get bored, boxed in, or burn out.
Too dynamic to stay in the box herself, she took what actually worked into the small-business world where the stakes are just as high, the chaos is often louder, and the support is usually nonexistent.
