Group Sound Healing uses intentional vibration, rhythm, and frequency to support nervous system regulation, emotional settling, and states of deep relaxation — all within a shared, facilitated environment.

No. You don’t need a musical background or prior training.
Modules 1–6A are designed for complete beginners as well as practitioners who want to add sound healing to their work. Everything is taught step-by-step.
You’ll be introduced to crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes, and voice, along with other therapeutic sound tools. You’ll also learn instrument care, grounding practices, and how to work with sound safely.
Training is delivered through online video lessons inside Thinkific, monthly live mentoring sessions on Zoom, and a private peer support space where you can ask questions and practice with others.
Modules 1–6A are typically completed over six months, although you can go at your own pace. Most students study between four to six hours a week.
Yes. Completing Modules 1–6A certifies you as a Group Sound Healer through ASHA. This qualification allows you to facilitate group sound healing sessions in community, wellness, yoga, retreat, and holistic practice settings.
Yes. ASHA teaches a trauma-aware, ethically grounded approach. You’ll learn how sound affects the nervous system and how to facilitate sessions that feel safe, supportive, and inclusive for all participants.
Modules 1–6A form the foundation of the full Advanced Practitioner pathway. You can choose to upgrade into the Advanced Practitioner Training (Modules 1–10) whenever you’re ready.
Yes. You can study anytime, at your own rhythm. There are no deadlines or pressure. You’ll have time and space to integrate the teachings in a way that supports your wellbeing.
