Speaking Engagements
II am one of those people for whom public speaking is fun, I come alive in front of an audience. I speak on a variety of topics related to leadership, personal development, emotional intelligence/agility, and post-traumatic growth, among others. Get in touch if you want an inspirational, motivating, and empowering speaker. I engage diverse audiences including business professionals, community organizations, educators, and leaders in any sector of society. As an educator, I also speak before audiences of students in K-12, colleges and beyond.

Public Speaking is my Superpower!
I'm Dr. Faith Ngunjiri, and I'm thrilled to share my journey and expertise with you! Throughout my extensive global career, I've had the privilege of being a thought leader on DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion), leadership development, conscious business leadership, and education. Now, I'm here to take center stage at your next speaking engagement.
My discussions are thought-provoking and engaging, designed to empower leaders, decision-makers, and change agents. I'll equip audiences with actionable strategies and rekindle their sense of purpose, ensuring that they leave the events ready to make a difference.
Dr. Faith Ngunjiri is a remarkable leadership scholar and practitioner. I had the pleasure being her student in several doctoral level courses. She has impeccable facilitation skills that are anchored by deep knowledge in the art and science of leadership. She distinguished herself as a competent, experienced, and personable scholar, which was the impetus for me selecting her as the Chair of my dissertation committee. In her role, she was a considerate and thoughtful coach and mentor, guiding me in exploring leadership constructs at a high-level. Her coaching and mentorship were impactful and influential in my growth as a leadership scholar and practitioner.
I found Faith to be a terrific colleague to work with in a Ph.D. program in which we each taught. She was popular with students because of the care and support she provided to them in their growth as budding scholars. Her advice and counsel was highly valued by students and peers alike.
Dr. Faith also brings a different perspective to leadership development, education, and research. A perspective that is often underappreciated in many leadership programs. I certainly would welcome future opportunities to work with her again.
