In relation to SCORM - if you have content you have created in another platform and you want to share it with your contacts in Tekmatix, that's possible.

If you have built your course in products like Articulate you can embed them in Tekmatix and share them with your contacts in Tekmatix.

However, if your course content is created in TekMatix and you want it to be shareable to other platforms, unfortunately that is not possible, Tekmatix is not SCORM compatible in this way.

To further clarify, 

If you currently have SCORM content you want to transfer into TekMatix, you can create courses to share with clients inside our Course portal but these courses can't be shared with other external LMS systems.

Here are a few things to try in case you can't login to your existing account.

  1. Do a forgotten password on the emails you think it might be, if you get an email from us then that is the email you need to use.

    1. Don't guess your password too many times as multiple incorrect requests could lock you out of our server. Reset your password if you are not sure.

    2. When you do have access to your account again, add your phone number in your profile as a back up as that is easier to use to login as it's unique to you rather than the possible large number of email possibilities it might be.

  2. If none of that works, please complete this form and we'll get it to our accounts team and confirm the email we have for your account access asap.

Here's an explanation of our pay per use/useage costs: 

Our plans are based on a Pay per use policy as per our pricing page:

Pay per use is applied to emails, texts, phone calls, AI content and advanced workflow features

  • You get USD $5.00 credit for the first month when you signup for a 14 day trial. After that you just pay for what you use.

  • You only pay for actual usage, not the number of contacts you have!

  • As an example US $5.00 will get you:

  • 5,250 emails

  • 42,500 words of AI generated content

  • 325 calls in the US*

  • Approx 301 SMS's at a rate of 0.01659/segment for texts sent in US or approx 46 SMS's at a rate of 0.10815/segment for texts sent in Australia

*Outbound calls are priced on a per minute bases and vary due to your location and carrier. Click here to view the current pricing schedule for emails and sms.

You can view your actual charges in your Settings -> Billing ->Wallet & Transactions

The Summary section will give you monthly charges for each feature and the Detailed Transaction tab will show you each individual charge.

You can find a breakdown of email and sms costs in our SMS Cost Estimator that is in your dashboard menu (see picture below).  


 

We also include a segment estimator as well, you can type straight in and it will tell you how many segments your 'text' is, just a word of warning if you add any ;) :) emojies to your text and can double the segments, so be sure to check that!

 

Costs for SMS do vary per country so if you are not in the US, UK or Australia, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to provide current pricing for your region. SMS rates do vary depending on the sending country.

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Email Services and click on Create Dedicated Domain and follow the instructions on screen. If you are not confident in updating your DNS records you can book an Advanced Technical Support Call with one of our team.

Yes, you can run multiple businesses with different domains using a single TekMatix account. However, you can only have one verified email address for sending emails, which is important to keep in mind.

For example, if someone signs up for an offer on domain 1 (mycoachingbusiness.com), they’ll expect emails from [email protected]. But if they sign up on your second domain (myhusbandsbusiness.com), they will still receive emails from [email protected]. This can be confusing unless your customers are okay with receiving emails from the same address for different businesses.

If managing this from one email account doesn’t seem right for your situation, we suggest setting up a second TekMatix account for the other business. We offer a 25% discount on additional accounts.

Be careful not to send emails from business 1 to customers of business 2 if they aren’t expecting it, as this could be considered spam. If flagged, your email account might get blacklisted, which would stop you from sending emails from that address. So, it’s important to handle this carefully.

What Qualifies as an Urgent Request?

Our urgent support system is designed to prioritize critical issues that disrupt your business operations and require immediate attention. These include:

Live & Revenue-Impacting Issues (Critical/Urgent):

  • Payment gateway failures or customers unable to complete purchases.

  • A heavily marketed landing page returning a 404 error.

  • Outbound or inbound calls not functioning.

  • Course registrants not receiving login access during an active launch.

You can log a request for normal technical assistance for other issues as outlined below.

These include: 

Time-Sensitive but Not Critical (High Priority but Not Urgent):

  • Campaign emails failing to send.

  • Workflows sending incorrect information.

  • General account access issues (e.g., login difficulties).

🚫 Non-Urgent Issues (Handled in Standard Support):

  • Minor website glitches (e.g., scrolling issues, layout problems).

  • Feature requests or general improvements.

  • Troubleshooting that does not impact immediate revenue or business operations.

You can port your existing phone number it into TekMatix however, lease be aware of the following conditions:

  1. It can take up to 4 weeks

  2. Once ported into our system - our fees and charges for calls and SMS's

  1. It can take up to 4 weeks to port back out again if necessary

If you would like to port existing number, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://www.twilio.com/  and create a free account, (They are our phone system partner).

  2. Follow this link and complete the required information on their porting form to initiate the porting process International Porting Form  you will need to put in your account SSID details from your Twilio that you can find on the main dashboard in Twilio Console. 

  3. Once the form is submitted, they will initiate the porting process.  Please note this process can take up to 4 weeks and it is not something we have access to or control over. 

  4. You will be notified when it has been successfully ported over and will need to let us know as soon as you hear.

  5. We can then request to have the number added to your subaccount in Tekmatix.
