• Automatic Updates After Signing: Once a recipient signs a document, the linked fields are instantly updated in the corresponding contact or document record—no manual input needed.

• CSV Export for Easy Data Management: Users can download a CSV file from the dashboard, providing a quick and organized way to track and manage filled fields.

How to Use Custom Value Linkage?

Getting started with this feature is simple. Follow these steps to link your document fields to custom values:

1. Open the Document Editor

• Navigate to the Documents Editor in Tekmatix.

• Select any text or data field that you want to link to a custom value.

  

2. Link Fields to Custom Values

• Add a recipient to the document.

• Click the link button on top of any text or data field.

• Choose to link the field to either a contract-specific or document specific custom value.

• If needed, you can link a single field to multiple custom values for added flexibility.

3. Automatic Updated Upon Signing

• Once the recipient signs the document, the linked fields will automatically update in the corresponding contact or document record.

• No more manual updates—your data stays accurate and up-to-date.

4. Download CSV for Easy Tracking

• Need to review or analyze your document data?

• Simply go to the dashboard, download a CSV file with all filled fields, and manage your data effortlessly.
