To ensure high-quality and brand-aligned posts, Tekmatix Social Planner now includes a Post Approval Flow—allowing team members to review, approve, or edit scheduled posts before they go live.

With this new feature, social posts can be reviewed and analyzed by another team member before they are published. Whether you’re managing content for multiple clients or just want an extra set of eyes on your posts, this feature ensures everything aligns with your brand’s messaging and strategy.
Create a post in social planner: Navigate to Marketing > Social Planner. Build your post with text, images, videos, hashtags, and more.
Schedule the Post for Approval: Select the “Schedule for Approval” option. Now set a date and time for the post to be published. Choose a team member as the approver who will review the post. Add an internal note to provide context or specific instructions for the reviewer.
Post Sent for Review: Once submitted, the selected reviewer will receive an email notification about the scheduled post awaiting approval.
Reviewer’s Approval Process: The reviewer can access the post via Content > Approval tab. From here, reviewers can:
View post details.
Approve the post if no changes are needed.
Reject the post with feedback.
Edit the content before approving it, if necessary.
Finalizing the post: If approved, the post will automatically be scheduled in the Social Calendar. If rejected, the user will receive the feedback and can make necessary adjustments before resubmitting.
This process ensures that every piece of content is carefully reviewed before being shared with your audience.
Want to send branded email notifications for post approvals? You can easily apply an email template to match your company’s branding and communication style.
Go to Marketing & Emails > Emails > Email Builder > New and select Email Marketing Templates.
In the Template Library, navigate to System Templates > Social Planner: Post Approval.
Customize the template to fit your branding and messaging.
Apply the template by heading to Social Planner Settings > Notifications.
Under Setup Email Template for Social Post Approval, choose your customized email template.
With this setup, reviewers will receive clear, professional-looking emails whenever a post is sent for approval.
Need to schedule and approve multiple posts at once? Tekmatix makes it easy with the CSV upload feature.
Click the “New Post” button and choose the CSV upload option.
Upload your CSV file and select the social media
Assign an approver who will review the posts.
Once the posts are imported, they will automatically be sent for review.
After approval, they will be scheduled and appear in the Social Calendar.
