✅ Step 1: Access Contracts & Documents

Go to Payments > Documents & Contracts

You’ll see two tabs:

All Documents & Contracts – where you can track status (draft, sent, signed, paid, etc.)

Templates – where you store reusable templates

✅ Step 2: Create or Upload a Template

Click New Template

You can:

Start from scratch using the drag-and-drop builder

OR upload an existing PDF contract and add fillable fields

Add Elements:

Text, images, video, tables

Product list (for quoting or invoicing)

Signature, date, initials, checkboxes

Custom fields like name, email, business name

✅ Step 3: Add Payment & Setup Fees

For subscriptions, Tekmatix allows a separate setup fee field (only visible for recurring products)

One-time products won’t show this option

Choose whether the payment is required at signing, or invoice them after
