Housekeeping productivity improved (reducing time per room from 45 to 25 minutes); and maintenance systems were rebuilt (creating brand-trust and an 18-month extension on the property’s renovation timeline). Operational excellence builds strong financial performance as this property saw a positive cash flow within eight months of assuming management.
