Production Time: Custom shoe orders require an estimated 2-3 weeks for production before shipment. This timeline may change based on current order volume, and we will notify you if adjustments are needed.
Shipping Time: Once production is completed, shipping times will vary based on your location. Standard shipping options are available, but please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.
Service Time: Shoe cleaning and restoration services typically take 1-2 weeks from the time we receive your shoes. Once the service is completed, your shoes will be shipped back to you.
Shipping Time: Standard shipping times apply, depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided once your shoes are shipped back after the service.
Processing Time: For new releases, we will work to secure your order as soon as the release is available. Once the shoes are secured, they will be shipped within 1-2 weeks after availability. Production times do not apply to new releases.

Custom Shoe Orders, Cleanings, and Restorations: International shipping times vary depending on the destination country and customs processes. Address Requirements: Please ensure that all international addresses are entered in English to avoid delivery complications. Failure to do so may result in delays or non-delivery.
